SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2010 -- presents "Shostakovich at San Domenico," a "bon voyage" concert by the Virtuoso Program in preparation for its third trip to the National Orchestra Festival Competition. George Thomson, conductor. Works of Respighi (Ancient Airs and Dances, Suite 3) and Shostakovich (Chamber Symphony Op. 110a). Virtuoso Program chamber groups perform at the post-concert reception. 3:00 P.M., Bettye Poetz Ferguson Hall, San Domenico School, 1500 Butterfield Rd., San Anselmo.
